Drink at least 2 litres of water a day, the more the better. Every process in your body needs water. The process of burning fat needs water. Keep you body hydrated especially around exercise. Drink lots of water when you wake up in the morning, this will make sure you are fully hydrated for the rest of the day.

Get plenty of sleep. 8 hours should be a goal. Your body needs sleep to perform processes it cannot do when your awake. It will have time to repair and build new cells. Your mind will be able to refresh and be ready for the next day.
